Police seize thousands of counterfeit pills

Thousands of pills meant for treating impotence and losing weight as well as cosmetics suspected of being counterfeit were seized on Tuesday by Israel Police and Health Ministry inspectors in Umm al-Fahm.
In addition, there were capsules and containers not yet filled and powders for filling them.
The authorities called on the public not to purchase such products from places that are not licensed pharmacies, as high amounts of toxicity have been found in products like those seized.
