Interior Minister Eli Yishai explained the absence of his party at the security cabinet meeting that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu convened Wednesday to vote on a 10-month settlement freeze, saying that Shas "will never agree to a freeze on settlement construction, even for one day."
