Following the IAF air strikes on Gaza, the Ashdod municipality decided to cancel schools in unfortified buildings on Sunday, reported Channel 2.

The municipality will decide Sunday night if it will re-open the schools on Monday.

"We feel something in the air, but we all hope that nothing more serious will develop out of this," an Ashdod resident was quoted as saying by Channel 2.
