Taxi stolen, driver injured after violence erupts near Ramallah

A taxi driver was injured Friday morning and his vehicle was stolen after violence erupted at the entrance to the village of Ni'lin, northwest of Ramallah and near Modi'in Illit, Israel Police reported.

The driver is currently receiving medical treatment for his wounds, though the degree to which he was wounded was not specified.

Police are searching for the car and investigating the incident.
