Ya'alon-Plesner talks on Tal Law breakdown

Strategic Affairs Minister Moshe Ya'alon (Likud) and MK Yohanan Plesner have failed to draft an agreed-upon replacement for the Tal Law by Wednesday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was meeting with Shas head Eli Yishai and senior party member Ariel Attias in efforts to reach a compromise on the issue of universal service, Israel Radio reported.
