Several Syrians approach Israel border

About 15 ‪Syrian‬ citizens on Thursday approached the border with ‪Israel‬ in the central Golan. ‪
The IDF‬ was closely monitoring the border to prevent infiltration. The Syrians were about 500 meters away from the border.
Earlier in the day, Defense Minister Ehud Barak said that Israel's top concerns over Syria were that Hezbollah would get their hands on its chemical weapons, and that Syrian refugees would try to storm the Golan Heights.
