Hackers attack Jewish People Policy Institute site

A group calling itself the Gaza Hackers Team broke into the website of the Jewish People Policy Institute (JPPI) on Friday and posted slurs and a photo of a Palestinian child beside an Israeli tank. According to the think tank, in addition to the posts hackers eliminated some of the materials it had issued in the last several months.
“The working papers posted this week on the website concern several of the most important issues for the leadership of the Jewish people,” Avinoam Bar Yosef, founding director of JPPI, said.
“I was not surprised by this act. We all know that the struggle on the Internet is another way in which to harm the image of Israel and the Jewish people.” JPPI was founded in 2002 and is funded by private donations and the Jewish Agency for Israel.
