Coalition chair submits bill to dissolve Knesset

Likud MK and coalition chair Ze'ev Elkin submitted a bill Wednesday to dissolve the Knesset, Army Radio reported.

According to the report, the Knesset would take up the bill Monday, and plan new elections for September 4th.
