The ministry set up a center at the airport, which will allow
Obama to inspect air defense systems jointly developed by Israel and the US,
including the Iron Dome anti-rocket system for short and medium-range threats,
the David’s Sling system for medium to long-range projectiles, and the Arrow 3
anti-ballistic missile system, which sends interceptors into space to destroy
incoming threats.
The ministry also prepared a reception area for the
president, where he will be directed to immediately after he lands.
