Fire on Israel Navy patrol boat injures 15 soldiers lightly, 1 moderately

A  fire broke out on an Israel Navy patrol boat as it sailed on a routine security mission off the coast of Gaza on Friday afternoon.

The blaze broke out at a water pump on board a Dvora patrol boast.

Fifteen sailors who put out the blaze were lightly injured from smoke inhalation, and one sailor sustained moderate burn injuries to his face.

All of the sailors were evacuated to hospital.
