Police feared a war might break out between the rival mafias.Abutbul's brother, Tavel, was arrested in March for attempting to kill his ex-wife and son.Francois was arrested in March when police found that the employees in his bakery were illegal.Tavel and Francois's other brother, Charlie, also a known underworld figure, were seriously wounded in an assassination attempt in January.
