The military stressed that its operations in southern Lebanon target the Hezbollah terrorist organization, not the Lebanese Armed Forces or civilians.

The military also published photographs of weapons and terror paraphernalia belonging to Hezbollah terror operatives seized by the 91st Division across southern Lebanon.

Cluster munitions from Iran targeted central Israel on Tuesday afternoon, causing shrapnel to fall on the train station in Holon and other locations throughout central Israel.

The IDF hit external targets tied to Palestinian-linked activity and killed senior figures involved in terror activity from Gaza and the West Bank hiding in Tehran during overnight operations.

A rocket directly hit in Nahariya, northern Israel, on Monday night, injuring at least seven, including six from smoke inhalation, while shrapnel fell in Jerusalem, including near al-Aqsa Mosque.

The IDF said the strike occurred overnight and targeted an aircraft used by Ali Khamenei and other senior Iranian officials and military personnel. 

This follows the same advice of the late Saudi King Abdullah, who had reportedly told Washington repeatedly to “cut off the head of the snake.”

According to the military, measures were taken to reduce civilian risk, including advance warnings, precision munitions, and aerial surveillance.

He added that “such cooperation can establish security in the region,” and urged people in the region not to shield US forces.
