Super Tofu, Wyler Farm
The local tofu producer is expanding its range and options with a new launch, about how it hadn’t been done before.
Wyer Farm’s “Super Tofu” series aims to deliver “Tofu 2.0” – ready to eat as is, light and accessible, and above all, everyday. From fridge to plate, with no tedious prep beforehand, no need to season, marinate, or fuss.
It includes tofu cubes in three flavors – smoked (baked and smoked, with a prominent taste), tamago (inspired by Asian cuisine, offering a relatively gentle and elegant flavor, ideal for stir-frying), and an olive version that, at least in spirit, sits on the Mediterranean shores and jumps straight into a salad bowl. As a product, it’s very smart. As execution, it’s excellent.
