Ingredients:

  • 400 grams (4 bars) milk chocolate

  • 40 grams (3 tablespoons) cocoa butter

  • 5 grams (¾ teaspoon) salt

Add-ins:

  • 2 handfuls of pretzel pieces

  • 1 bag of Apropo snack pieces

Upgrade Options:

  • Lotus biscuit pieces

  • Bissli

  • Any other preferred add-ins

  • White, milk, or dark chocolate (your choice)

Preparation:

  • Prepare the popcorn according to the instructions on the package.

  • Melt the chocolate and cocoa butter in a bowl.

  • Place the popcorn, pretzels, and Apropo in a large bowl for easy mixing.

  • Pour the melted chocolate and salt over the mixture and stir gently until fully coated (do not crush).

  • Gradually add popcorn to match the amount of chocolate, ensuring everything is well coated.

  • Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Cut into pieces or crumble as desired.

  • Store in the freezer for best results.
