The region is witnessing expansive military operations by the United States and Israel, including moves that, according to American and Israeli sources, will become clearer as the campaign develops.

Unlike the previous round, the Iranian regime appears to have been better prepared for the current confrontation, and its response capabilities may have improved since the 12-day campaign.

US President Donald Trump expressed his discontent with Iran, adding that "sometimes you have to" use military force.

"The IDF is closely monitoring the situation in Iran and is alert and prepared to defend you," he said in the video statement.

Washington has deployed what is being described as the most substantial concentration of naval and air assets in the region since before the 2003 war in Iraq

These are important talks and come amid tensions between the US and Iran.

Dr. Lynette Nusbacher told The Jerusalem Post that the US prepared for targeted air strikes if Tehran failed to negotiate in good faith, as Iran sought an interim deal to shield its missile program.

The medical center is already simulating emergency situations, and in recent days, procedures have been refined and guidelines updated for transferring patients in case of another emergency. 

There is a crucial fact that Western observers consistently forget: The worst violence against Iranian protesters has always occurred under so-called “reformist” governments.
