MK Ghattas suspended from Knesset for six months

The Knesset Ethics Committee suspended Joint List MK Ghattas from all parliamentary activity for six months on Monday.
The decision was approved by the committee 3 against one. Ghattas is still able to take part in voting.
Ghattas is suspected of smuggling phones to Palestinian prisoners and has accused authorities of “fabricating the file” against him.
