Esfandiar Rahim Mashaee said in an interview with the Kuwaiti newspaper that if Iran's nuclear facility in Bushehr were attacked, the Islamic Republic would strike against American interests "wherever they may be and by all available means."
Mashaee repeatedly expressed his hope that none of the Gulf states would
side with the US against Iran and hinted at media reports that Saudi
Arabia and the Gulf nations would allow their airspace

He added that Iran's nuclear plant in Bushehr is equipped with the
latest safety technologies and that there is no danger of any accidents
