Israelis protested in front of the Ministry of Defense in Tel Aviv on Thursday evening against the upcoming release of Palestinian prisoners as part of the ongoing peace process between the Israelis and Palestinians.

There were approximately 150 participants at the protests on Kaplan Street, and 25 representatives from families that lost loved ones to terror attacks.

Speakers at the event said that the ministers who approved this release should be "ashamed" of themselves for releasing priosoners with blood on their hands.

Protesters blocked Kaplan Street for a few minutes and protesters say drivers were patient because they understood the importance of the cause.

Oren Tamam, whos brother was kidnapped and murdered in 1984, and who leads the movement, says that the victims of terrorist attacks are not able to defend themselves.

"We must speak for those who can't," he said.
