Erdan: There aren't enough public shelters to protect Israelis from rockets

Home Front Defense Minister Gilad Erdan warned on Tuesday that there are only enough public shelters to protect 5 percent of Israeli citizens in the event of a rocket attack, Israel Radio reported.

He added that in Israel's next confrontation, the Israeli home front could suffer thousands of rockets. "We must be prepared for that and provide proper shelters."
