Hospitals in South relocate newborns to reinforced areas

Soroka University Medical Center in Beersheba and Barzilai Medical Center in Ashkelon on Tuesday moved newborn and premature babies to safety in rooms reinforced against rockets and missiles.

The Health Ministry said it is closely observing the security situation in the south to ensure that medical treatment will continue to be supplied to residents of the South and that staffers are safe.
