Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon on Wednesday asked the Knesset Law, Constitution and Justice Committee to approve a new military order increasing videotaping of military police interrogations.

The new policy would apply to suspects accused of crimes carrying a prison sentence of 10 years or more, but would not apply to security suspects, such as West Bank terrorists.
