By GIL STERN STERN HOFFMANThe Jerusalem Post's Gil Hoffman is tweeting live from Tuesday's Kadima leadership race between opposition leader Tzipi Livni and Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee chairman Shaul Mofaz.The race is expected to go down to the wire and to have a record low turnout because many of the 95,000 Kadima members are no longer affiliated with the party.Polls close at 10 p.m. and results will be sent to party headquarters in Petah Tikva. The candidates will await the results at campaign headquarters, where one of them is expected to deliver a victory speech at about 2 a.m.
