Prisoner releases: The Palestinian Authority, Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, etc. will stop all inciting statements in the media and in school textbooks, and Israel will release prisoners only on the last day of the calendar month on a basis of one per week that is free of violence, public insults and incitement.Fair settlement for the families of the refugees of 1948: These refugees should receive citizenship of the countries they have been and are living in, without conditions regarding their jobs, education or other opportunities and public service rights. Any compensation should be settled in 1947 values after the property lost by Jewish families in Arab states is similarly assessed for compensation.Borders based on the 1949 armistice lines: There is a price for keeping the world waiting decades and on edge with war threats, so the price is amendments that will include the Etzion Bloc, east Jerusalem, Ma’aleh Adumim, Kiryat Arba and the Modi’in and Ariel blocs, in addition to the Jordan Valley plain, under Israeli sovereignty.Secure links between the Gaza Strip and Judea and Samaria: The PA will refurbish the British rail line from Rafah, connecting it to Israel Railway’s network and building a spur between Kiryat Gat and Tarkumiya, northwest of Hebron. Israel Railways will allow transit rights over its network between these two PA rail branches.Flatbed rail cars and double- decker coaches will take all Palestinian traffic off Israeli roads.
