Beck, Libman visit Gaash for exhibition

Israeli lady golfers, Laetitia Beck and Hadas Libman, played nine holes of exhibition golf at the Gaash Golf Club.

Israel’s international lady golfers, Laetitia Beck and Hadas Libman, were the guests of the Gaash Golf Club Tuesday and played nine holes of exhibition golf.
Before they teed off there was a clinic which was attended by a large crowd of enthusiastic golfers who later followed the two players as they showed their expertise on the links at Gaash.
Beck and Libman, who are currently in Israel on vacation from college, will return to the USA in the New Year and continue their academic and golfing activities.
Later in the year they will be participating in many prestigious golf tournaments in Europe and the United States.
At the annual Hanukka Junior Golf Championships held at the Caesarea Golf Club, organized by the PGA of Israel, the 15-17 age category was won by Yair Thaler followed by Doev Gueta.
The 13-14 age category was won by Elad Berman followed by Omri Levi.
The under 12 division was won by Tommy Santos followed by Omer Vardi.
The freshman’s division was won by Dana Lerner followed by Ben Amar.
The Par 3 ages 9-10 category was won by Gaash Golf Club’s Erez Amir and the under 8 Par 3 competition was won by Ben Cohen.
The PGA of Israel held its annual general meeting this past week. Elad Hasson from Caesarea Golf Club was voted in as president and Chris Ward from Gaash Golf Club as vice president.
