If you're an avid radio listener, you're likely to have heard the music of leading Israeli artist Ahinoam Nini, also known as Noa.  An ambassador for peace, Noa collaborates regularly with Arab and Palestinian artists and has recorded songs in Italian, French, Spanish, Galician, English, Arabic, Hebrew, Thai, Hindi, Yemenite and Arabic as well as Jewish and Christian prayers translated into Hebrew and English.

One of Noa's claims to fame is having recorded the theme song of Life Is Beautiful, Roberto Benigni's Oscar award-winning film. Noa will be performing her latest and greatest hits with her long-time music partner and collaborator Gil Dor at leading live music venue Zappa Jerusalem.

KM Williams

For something a little extraordinary, head to the Yellow Submarine in Talpiot for a performance by blues-gospel singer Reverend KM Williams. Accustomed to playing to sell-out crowds in the United States and around the world, the legendary performer will make his first appearance in Israel.

His performances are known to be spellbinding, which is no surprise from a man with a priest collar playing soulful blues on a cigar box guitar. Williams has been performing gospel blues since the nineties and has produced 17 solo albums. He grew up in Texas and will be joined by fellow Texan Mike Buck on the drums.

Eyal Golan

If you are looking to experience what many regard as the best in mainstream Israeli music, the concert by award-winning Eyal Golan at the Jerusalem ICC is a must-see. Deemed the “singer of the year” in 2012 by popular radio station Galgalatz, Golan mixes modern upbeat music styles with traditional Mizrahi (Middle Eastern) music.

The show Nagat Li Balev (You Touched My Heart) is named after his latest album. Golan currently co-hosts a reality TV show in which he mentors aspiring music stars.
