<i>Waltz with Bashir</i> nominated for Oscar in best foreign film category

The Israeli animated film Waltz with Bashir, directed by Ari Folman, was nominated for the Academy Award in the best foreign film category, it was announced on Thursday.
Folman's animated documentary about his experiences recalling the first Lebanon War in 1982 recently won the Golden Globe award.
