Apl De Ap to DJ Tel Aviv party

Filipino-American to host other DJs at event which will feature state of the art 3D effects broadcast on oversized screens.

Black Eyed Peas’s member Apl de ap is returning to Israel next month to DJ at a summer “I Gotta Feeling” party taking place at Bitan 1 of the Tel Aviv Exhibition Grounds on August 13.
The Filipino-American rapper, drummer, singer and producer born Allan Pineda Lindo, Jr. will host a number of other DJs at the event which promises to feature state of the art 3D effects broadcast on oversized screens. Scheduled guest DJs include Dmitir Vegas & Like Mike, and DJ Nicolaz from Tomorrowland, and Tel Aviv DJs Yuval Zach and Roy Rosenfeld.
Apl de ap and the other members of the Black Eyed Peas have been on a hiatus from the band for the last year. In 2011 The Black Eyed Peas were ranked 12th on the Billboard’s Decade-End Chart Artist of the Decade, the group performed in Feburary 2011 at the halftime show of Super Bowl XLV.
The band performed in Israel twice, in 2006 and 2007, endearing fans with versions of “Hava Nagila” and expressing unbridled affection for the country.
