Popular jazz bassist Avishai Cohen will play a festive concert at Tel Aviv's Performing Arts Center in honor of the Zappa club's fifth anniversary celebrations. Cohen - who released his latest album, Aurora, last month - will perform songs from previous recordings, along with new material. In his most recent work, he sings in Ladino, English, Hebrew and Spanish and plays a combination of musical styles. The show will be held July 31 at 10 p.m. Tickets are available through Zappa and Castel.
