A very deep thought with deeper implications for our society, just heard on Channel One''s Politika program this evening:
"Over the years, the homefront has expanded while the military theaters have narrowed, with the responsibility assigned of the homefront being to uphold morale and more, to protect the IDF which is the opposite it should be. The question now is why is it that the citizens defend the soldiers by being asked to press the political echelons not to initiate ground actions since soldiers may be injured or worse, whereas in the meantime, the citizens are getting hurt and killed and their businesses and nornal existence worsened. This is an intolerable situation and grossly unfair."
