Before you reach for that cereal, grab a few eggs instead.


To fight that obesity, try to eat a protein-packed breakfast consisting on eggs. Whether they are fried, poached or scrambled, you will intake 70 calories and six grams of protein in the most nutritious way possible.

If you are really looking to cut back, egg whites are the best, considering they have only 30 calories and 3.5 grams of protein.

Also, studies shows that a good amount of protein in the morning allows you to feel fuller throughout the day, combat cravings and lose 65% more weight than you would if you have a bagel.

So by all means, we consider this meal eggcellent!!!!
