One Israeli woman on Sunday was killed and 13 were injured in a head-on-collision involving their minibus and another truck in northern Georgia. The truck allegedly veered out of its lane causing the accident.

While Israel Radio reported one woman killed in the accident, it was still unclear if there were others who also died as a result of the collision.

The embassy in Tbilisi was in touch with rescue forces and the Foreign Ministry was keeping in contact with the tourists' families in Israel.
