A ten-year-old boy drowned off Hof Habonim in Haifa on Sunday.According to Army Radio, a soldier rescued the boy in an unconscious state with no pulse. He was taken to a nearby military base, where doctors from Magen David Adom attempted to resuscitate him to no avail.
