The IDF arrested 13 Israelis Thursday morning, on suspicion of infiltrating into Joseph's Tomb in Nablus without permits.
Police say that they issued a restraining order against three of them.
The IDF also arrested a Palestinian who threw stones at soldiers guarding the entrance to the tomb.
Some 14,00 people, including Interior Minister Eli Yishai went to pray at the grave Wednesday night in coordination with the IDF and the police.
