Judea and Samaria police arrested 13 settlers on suspicion of assaulting and injuring a ten-year-old Palestinian child in the West Bank on Saturday. Police said the IDF received a report of an attack on the child near Ramat Migron, adding that he suffered from head injuries and cuts. The child was taken by the Red Crescent to a Ramallah hospital for treatment, where he is said to be in moderate to serious condition.
