A 14-year-old boy has been evacuated to the Hadassah Ein Kerem trauma unit in serious condition after a rock fell on him while visiting Samuel's tomb, located just west of Jerusalem, on Tuesday. According to Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital, he sustained a severe lower extremity injuries, which included the loss of his leg. It's believed he was climbing a wall and a rock broke off, falling on him. He is currently in surgery.
