15% of eligible voters have cast their ballot, highest turnout since 1984

956,856 Israelis (15% of eligible voters) had cast their ballot on Tuesday by 10 a.m., 2.1% more voters than at the same time in the previous elections in April, according to the Central Elections Committee.
