Military Advocate-General Maj.-Gen. Avichai Mandelblit on Friday decided that two IDF Colonels were to stand criminal trial after they took bicycles that they received from the army for their own personal use, instead of transferring them to soldiers.

The issue came to light after an investigation by the special investigation unit of the military criminal investigation division was carried out a number of months ago.
