Two children, aged three and 13, were seriously injured Tuesday in a car accident near Kfar Kassam, east of Tel Aviv. From an initial investigation it appears that the children were hurt when a 19-year-old driver lost control of his car. The driver sped away from the scene after the accident, but was arrested some 20 minutes later when he returned. The casualties were taken to Petah Tikva's Beilinson Hospital.
