Police on Wednesday released criminals Rico Shirazi and Shalom Domrani under strict conditions. The two are forbidden from going to Netanya for a month, and Domrani is forbidden from leaving the area surrounding his residence for the next five days. The two are suspected of trying to kill rival mob kingpin Francois Abutbul.
