A 20-year-old was moderately injured after his moped was struck by a train north of Herzliya on Friday.Police said that from their initial investigation, it appeared the man ignored the signals as the barrier descended, indicating that a train was approaching. The man was evacuated to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba.
