The Tel Aviv District Court convicted a 21-year-old man on Tuesday in the stabbing death of 16-year-old Raz Hajaj in Herzliya four years ago. The convict's name was blocked from publication by the court because he was a minor when he committed the crime.The 21-year-old was convicted of manslaughter, reduced from the original charge of murder.
