The lifeless body of a 26-year-old woman who went missing in Lake Kinneret on Saturday was discovered after an hours-long search.

The woman was on a blow up raft with several other people when she fell into the water earlier on Saturday.

Naval police launched a search for the woman, who reportedly did not know how to swim.

Rescue workers succeeded in rescuing the woman's male companion, who nearly drowned while attempting to search for her after she fell from the raft.
