A 3-year-old toddler was hit by a transport van Thursday outside his pre-school in Tel Aviv. He sustained critical injuries, and was immediately hospitalized at the Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv. Investigators have said that the child, who was already at pre-school, stepped outside of the school gates and was hit by the transport van.
