A 30-year-old man was in serious condition after being stabbed Monday morning near Haifa. According to the MDA, he had apparently been involved in a car accident close to the scene of the incident.

He was taken to Rambam Medical Center in Haifa with stab wounds on his upper body.

Police have arrested a suspect in the stabbing, a 20-year-old resident of Haifa. Police continued to investigate the incident.
