A 63-year-old resident of Tel Mond was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of planting a fake explosive in the yard of a home belonging to a woman whom he had been harassing obsessively.

The woman, from Netanya, rejected his advances, and the suspect allegedly began calling her repeatedly, harassing her, and planting the fake explosive to frighten her. The two had lived in the same village a number of years ago.
