65-year-old pedestrian struck by vehicle, killed in Jerusalem

An approximately 65-year-old pedestrian was struck by a car and killed on Levi Eshkol Boulevard near Ammunition Hill in Jerusalem on Tuesday morning.

MDA paramedics transported the man to Hadassah University Medical Center at Mount Scopus in critical condition where he later succumbed to his wounds.

Police were questioning the driver of the vehicle which struck the man.
