A 3-year-old boy was seriously injured on Wednesday in Kiryat Malahi when he was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene. Paramedics and first responders from Magen David Adom evacuated the boy, who suffered from multi-system injuries, to Kaplan Medical Center in Rehovot. The police are conducting a search of the area for the driver who fled the scene.
