Nine Israelis from central Israel have been arrested by Tel Aviv police on Sunday after being suspected of defrauding American citizens. An investigation led by Tel Aviv police's Fraud Division found that the suspects had falsely notified US citizens of a lottery win, and asked the victims to send tax money to cover the award.
