A-G Weinstein opposes cut in chief of staff tenure

Attorney-General Yehuda Weinstein announced Sunday that he opposes the shortening of the chief of staff tenure to three years, with the possibility of lengthening it to four years, based on undefined conditions.
According to a statement released from the attorney-general's office, he spoke with Defense Minister Ehud Barak at the weekend and confirmed his stance on the issue.
