ACRI releases report of freedom of expression in Israel

The Association for Civil Rights in Israel released its 2010 report on freedom of expression this week. The document reported that "the democratic space in Israel is shrinking and the freedom to demonstrate is no longer obvious" in Israel.

The report, released ahead of International Human Rights Day, was being published and distributed in stages. Chapters released thus far were said those dealing with human rights education, academic freedom, rights of the Arab minority, and on government institutions.
